who played fivem, tell me, do the multiplayer developers make any warnings or punishments for copyright violations? (real brands, cars, clothes, maps, etc.). I came from RageMP and the multiplayer developers there disallow to use a real brands. If you help, it will save me a lot of time.

Not really but kinda. It's not technically allowed, but they haven't come down that hard on it - yet. That will change soon with rockstar acquiring CFX.
