Off Topic FiveM Localhost server Port Forward

Hey Guys so im new to this FiveM server thing and i would like to find out if there are anyone who can give me advice on how i can make a localhost open so other can join using either the name i chose or my ip address i did login to my router and created the port forward but still it does not work

i came right i just had to do port forward in my firewall and then my server went live
