Salty_Chat integrated and optimized version of nitros_hud

Color changes made by users are now stored on localstorage.

To use this version,
1- You have to apply the changes as seen on the photo.

2- In addition, before building Salty Chat, replace the Salty Client file with the file I provided. (for new versions of salty_chat)
