Script [FREE][QB] Reputation and Skill system

Reputation and skill system based on, and fully backward compatible with, mz-skills.

MZ-Skills is nice and simple, but it comes with some flaws. mainly the way it saved a lot of unnecessary data in the database. It also has no support for server side skill manipulation. So I reworked it a bit.

• A database held skill/XP system for QBCore. The data saving has been optimized
• Full backwards compatibility with mz-skills exports (no need to upgrade all your scripts using mz skills)
• Supports QB menu and OX menu
• Email and notifications for skill levels
