Request I need a designer to build a restaurant at The Boat House (sandy shores)

I'm looking to work with a milo designer to build, create and import their creation of a newly designed restaurant at the boat house in sandy shore. I want to have it turn into a Texas stake house type restaurant and have additional properties at the location. A pool that is outside with a bbq grill. an interior that is amazing giving you a wilderness but homie feel. Enough to fit about 50 people. Make a backroom that is roomy if possible. Create a huge basement that can hold a poker table with a room for meetings. Maybe a lounge if the space is possible. I'm looking for a lot of RP possibilities not only for the owners but everybody else on the server.
