Question Is there a reason why my redm server won't start up?

I tried setting up a redm server through txAdmin but whenever I try connecting it says I am not whitelisted even though I am? I have rdr2 on epic but have both epic and steam open but still not working. I set up the SQL correctly and everything. Dunno what the prob is.
