Request Killer Info / Teleport on command

Can someone point me/ make me a script where when you are killed by someone, it will show a default notification above the map showing "Killer ID: (killerid)"

another part of the script could be when you type a command (/fixmepls), it will teleport you to a defined point on the map, and show a global chat message saying "(name) has used fixmepls"
