PAID [MLO][FiveM] Vespucci Emergency Medical Service

We present a fully custom-built hospital MLO created for RolePlay servers that expect maximum functionality, optimization, and space for immersive gameplay.
This project includes a complete transformation of the original hotel interior into a modern medical complex.
The exterior area has also been redesigned — featuring a newly added roundabout and fountain, improving both visual quality and emergency vehicle traffic flow.​

Optimization & Technical Details

- MLO divided into 5 separate sections (performance-focused design)
- Strategically placed occlusion boxes
- Stable FPS even during high player activity
- Total size: only 61 MB
- The entire project was built with performance in mind, ensuring smooth gameplay even during intense RP scenarios.

MLO Includes:

- Lobby
- Staircase
- Emergency Room (ER)
- Upper medical floors
- Garage
- The complex features over 30 individual rooms designed for player use.
Some rooms have been intentionally closed and will be expanded in the future based on community demand, allowing continuous development of the project.

Fully Editable

All textures used in this MLO are fully editable, allowing complete customization to match your server’s visual identity.

Fully Functional Elevator Script

The MLO includes a fully working elevator system:
Moves between floors
Realistic door behavior
Doors open only when the elevator cabin is physically present
The system was designed with immersion and realism as a priority.
