Hey guys,
if you want to uninstall all your mods besides your sound mods this is the OIV file that you have to run in order to remove them. Might be good for people who cannot start GTA V anymore becuase they fucked up some stuff
1. Since it is a OIV file you will need Open IV.
2. Start Open IV and click on the top right on "edit mode"
3. Drag the OIV file into your GTA folder and run it.
It will need some time depending on your system and once it is done all your Mods are uninstalled.
