It was never a locked file, with NoPixel moving to 4.0 the creator released the files, the drone that is in these files came from gtavmods that he edited with Russian ytd files so they can't sell this or escrow lock it alot of files in this were free to use,.
Nopixel has a habit of saying they phrazed FiveM RP gaming but truth be told they take alot of other authors work and rewrite some of the script for their server thats been around for years.
