Here's an cool plugin for LSPDFR which gives the peds AI, You can modify the prompt but i don't recommend doing that. You can talk with the peds and they will answer like a human.

Late answer but you can modify the prompt, if you join NPCAI discord server you can get free custom prompts ppl made.
