At Phoenix Rising, we are a group of people who are rising from the ashes of past server experiences and are looking to make a place that is fair and inviting. We have resources to support civilian, criminal, police and 9-5 roleplay. For drugs we are starting out simple, but plan on having unique experience as time goes on for producers, buyers and sellers.
