Request Qb-Core Anyone know how to remove the hotwire and let peoples Lockpick it ?

Searching where to remove the hotwire and just use picklocks but i think they removed it in the old they you could set hotwire to false and lockpicking to true, But now its diffrent anyone know how to do this ? or any idea's as solutions ?

I have tried but when i want to lockpick it with the lock pick i get a progress bar still?
