- An advanced, fully configurable FiveM house robbery script

Phone Booths
- Go to any phone booth in the map and to get job location
- (or disable feature in config allowing players to lockpick any house door in map)
Security System & Lasers
- Houses can have lasers
- Lasers can be disabled by hacking the security panel
- Upon touching a laser, police will be alerted
Disturbance/Noise Bar
- Player can see how much noise they are making
- The level can increase based on player actions
- Upon reaching a certain threasold, house owner will wake up with a weapon and start attacking player and police might be alerted
Valuables
- Adding an unique experience to house robbing, different types of valuables can spawn inside (spawn chances can be configured)
- Painting
- Requires a switchblade for looting
- Ruby
- Cut open the glass display to get the ruby
- Safe
- Lockpick the safe to get some extra money
Carriable Items
- Some items need to be carried out of the house and put in a vehicle
- Includes items like television, microwave, computer
Loot
- Additionally, 15+ “normal” loot items with images included
Guard Dog
- A guard dog can be waiting outside the house when exiting
Item Selling
- Script includes configurable item selling NPCs with custom UI, where you can sell your hard earned loot from houses
Item Shops
- Configurable shops allow you to purchase equipment needed for robbing houses

- 4 different interiors and plenty of different house combinations with varying valuable house owner spawn chances
