try searching for online proxy in google then paste the download link website will open and then you can download from there i have did that only and it worked

Tente pesquisar por "proxy online" no Google, cole o link de download, o site abrirá e você poderá baixar o arquivo de lá. Eu fiz isso e funcionou.
