Yes, this is BJCore Custom framework, the same framework that MRP 3.0 & Essex Roleplay uses, Easy to setup.

This does not include the cars or MLO's, just server dump MRP 3.0 or Essex and place there MLO's in and vehicles in and you've got a fully working cloned server.

For proof these are the files:
go to permissions_dev in the database sql, it will show you steam id's and licenses for MRP Terri & Snoopy (MRP's owners)

Note: I won't be removing them this time, let me know if the download breaks or if you need help, my discord is NetNobody#7720.
