Request requesting a server base, freeroam or rp, freeroam preferable, rp if not possible

As title states, im looking for a freeroam server base kinda like rsm freeroam, its fine if its rp, but i would prefer something akin to a less serious roleplay server. my thoughts: if it is possible, i would love basic needs like eating and water to be removed, thats all i really need, im on discord if you need me, just comment if you would like to help my dumbass get started on a new adventure,

fine with adding cars and peds along with scripts later down the line,
preferable to not be paying for the base, as a 15 year old with no source of income lol
