While I don’t have direct staff experience on a FiveM server, I have been a part of several gaming communities where I took on moderation duties, such as managing Discord servers and assisting with community engagement. I have experience with conflict resolution, keeping the atmosphere positive, and handling rule violations in a professional manner. I’m also familiar with the typical tools and commands used in moderation, and I’m quick to learn new systems. I’m confident that my ability to adapt, combined with my commitment to fairness, will make me a strong asset to the staff team.

When a conflict arises, I make sure to listen to all parties involved and try to understand the root cause of the problem. I always prioritize fairness, ensuring that everyone is treated with respect and that any action I take is in line with the server’s rules. In stressful situations, I try to remain level-headed, offering clear communication and setting clear expectations to resolve the issue efficiently. If it’s a situation with another staff member, I would address it privately to prevent any unnecessary drama and work together to find a resolution.
