try clearing your server cache and your fivem cache

My friend how many MLO's Do you have and scripts ? and wat is your specs from the server ?

If you have 8gb server, and 40+ scripts / with / mlo's , you might wanna upgrade,

We need more information about the console. ec. to find out why its loading slow. And wat scripts you using ? optimized or not ? those things does do things for you.

if you dont own a server and just fivem user.

You want wanna turn down your settings. if this issue is not on other city's then the server owner need to check his optimization.
