Find the line
<audioNameHash />

Substitute this:
<audioNameHash>write here down the name of any standard vehicle</audioNameHash>

For example
<audioNameHash>DOMINATOR</audioNameHash>

Save the changes after editing.
Done.

Well excuse me. I'll try to explain (sorry for my English).
1). Take any car you don't need that has an ADDON version and install it in the usual way, that is, you write the dlc name (as it is) in dlclist.XML
2). Find this DLC in the OpenIV program
- go into it -
- change all meta files in it (carcols, carvariations, etc.)
- go into the archive where the car you don't need is located (that is, .yft and .ytd files) and delete them
- then throw in a new car (which you want)
and all addon is ready
