I got it to work..

you need to change in
resources\[qb]\qb-clothing\client\main.lua
line 1047 comment out the TriggerEvent
and put this

local PlayerData = QBCore.Functions.GetPlayerData()
local cid = PlayerData.cid
local charPed = PlayerPedId()
TriggerEvent('qb-clothing:client:loadPlayerClothing', cid, charPed)

then in
resources\[qb]\qb-multicharacter\client\main.lua

comment out lines 46-48 and put the same code from above

if you imported the sql correctly and have overwritten the default qb-clothing with the one provided it should work if you type /barber or /clothing

edit: also dont just put the all in a folder and ensure that folder.. sometimes the order they load in matters and this time it does..
