ScriptHookVDotNet-v3.6.0-nightly.115 needs to be installed for the menu to work. If you do the entire installation, the system is activated directly.
it keeps saying im missing a file everytime I go to open up the menu, I did get it off here and no the pateron but do you think it still could be from the scripthook V?

You have to get ScriptHook externally, not included in mod.
