you need both files the .zip file and the .zo1 file in the same location to be able to extract it and you extract the .zip file only then you can install the mod

road textures are a mess at some places. I am not sure if it is because of my NVE combo. Other than that it works fine

If you're having issues with the textures, try fixing it in different ways. From what I researched, the file that comes with it is damaged, and you need to change part of the code to remove it. But tracking down so many textures is impossible. I guess the easiest thing is just to pay for the mod...
