How do I extract it after downloading the rar file? Its a torrent file. I tried opening via qbittorrent but it wont start downloading. Can you give me an installation list or something for enhanced?

I have the same issue only the legacy torrent works all others won't download and the dude who shared this can't really do anything. I did suggest him using some codes to unlock links that way files will be protected but he couldn't
