You need a good gameconfig, heap adjuster, GTAV.ResourceAdjuster, PackfileLimitAdjusterEnhanced and I set all graphics in game to normal. I did this and it fixed the texture loss.

Thanks so much for this. This actually got it to work for me. I adjusted everything to max of what it could do and I set everything to normal. Some of the Textures on the Custom Models look bad but the game runs but its still pretty stuttery. This is cool to mess with for a maybe a hour or 2 but i doubt its something I would put a lot of energy into. Thanks away for the suggestions. Hopefully other ppl see your comment and it helps them like it did for me.

can someone please post their RealismScriptMain.sav after getting a drivers license. No matter how many tries i do it, it keeps bugging out on me.
