Hi to everyone. It's a house, between Paleto Bay and Fort Zancudo. This is an expression of brutalism, an architectural movement that starting from "the concrete revolution", uses concrete as a 360° material for all kind of building and infrastructure.

This house is modeled on a project active in Iceland, and wants to mix the things i like most from brutalism, minimalism and industrial design.

**DLCs.**

The map is expanding, with a lot of new rooms, a custom mountain and a sea output. They will be distributed in tebex, and you can install-uninstall them as your wish. DLC release date is every 2 months.

**Known bugs.**

- the pool on the rooftop Is not swimmable due to rage engine logic. Cannot be fixed, discovered After the mlo was completed and i didnt wanted to modify the project so radically to include some empty space under the pool. So It will not be fixed. You can still make photos and stuffs as the pool Is 2 mt locked so you will not look weird or flood into the pool.
