Yes normally the sql file should be clean, I asked my friend and he told me that the file in question that I am sharing he had received like that and had no changes. (for him it is a file for the emergency, reset failure)

Lots of MLO Can make your server file size big ! and This may contain cache files so that its doubled ! Server size will be 6gb without cache

I kept the cache intact because when starting new the pc for the first time it can cause problems. At least the server is intact
