Key Features:

1. Multiple illnesses, including headaches (triggered by high stress), COVID (contracted in specific areas or from infected players), and the common cold (triggered by exposure to rain).
2. Contagion effect, where standing near infected players increases your chance of contracting the illness.
3. Variety of treatments available, such as specific medications, masks, and umbrellas to prevent the common cold.
4. Visual and audio effects that reflect the progression of the illness.
5. Increased severity and faster health decline when player’s health drops below 50%.
