I feel like people don't understand how a virus ,bots trojans worms and so forth works,

Virus scans looks for programs that open in an unusual manner that is not opened by a normal windows OS, it's called hooking programs,

callback backdoors and callback backdoors in a fiveM encrypted script will not show up unless you have a proper third party sniffer looking for them
or if it's not already been reported in a virus scan database its not going to be found.
