Yes it's broken,
but It's broken Cause alot of scripts are locked and maps are locked,

Other than that you need to tweak the files to set it up for your own server you need at least some basic lua knowledge to do it.
examples qbcore main core file "qb-core" is replaced with "nchub" instead of it saying "qb-core" so any correlation to the "nchub" " so example if police jobs is trying to call an event its calling for nchub not qb-core and needs to be changed back to qbcore" and so forth so you need visual studio's to open the file as a whole and change all instances
