I reported this to the admins of the site, but they said I didn't have evidence. The "enhanced.lua" file is blatantly some sort of virus trying to obfuscate what it does. I suspect it to be Cypher, but I'm not running it to find out. This "enhanced.lua" file is in every MLO I downloaded that the original uploader posted.

Ok. So, here we go. In this download there is no enhanced.lua file, there is a main.lua file. What that main.lua file does is it tries to open the /strea/sp1_11_0.ybn file, which doesn't exist in the download. It's possible that the enhanced.lua file could have been removed upon this person being reported, it's also possible that whoever made accusations had no clue what they are talking about.
However, you shouldn't really ever be loading code in a streamed resource like gabz ammunation. The load function loads a chunk of code in Lua and that for the most part means a whole file, it won't be loading a ybn file. I suspect that the contents of some things were replaced with non malicious code and this was possibly malicious in the past.
