I had the same before and your laptop isn’t powerful enough to run 5real, remove it and your game will work fine

I only had the traffic patch installed on my 5 real mod; I deleted the rest because of a problem with The Mile High Club Building in the construction mission, and I couldn't restore it to its original state, so I removed the real mod.

Yes but there is an old version that you can download out of the website which only replace the traffic cars and not the others, it is better for missions
