No, now most of the ESX Developers started migrating their scripts to ESX 1.2, As Legacy is completely dead, the Greatest example is, If you take a look into the latest scripts such as okok , They work with ESX 1.2 . I Would also suggest you to migrate to ESX 1.2 because if you are running a public server, ESX 1.2 has a tight fetching call back functions on the server-side of es_extended making it hard for the hacker to retrieve any execution of Lua from the client-side.
