I copy-paste the reshade folder from NVE before installing QuantV; it always worked whether I overwrote it with rehade-shaders folder from QuantV's cinematic lut folder or not. Donno if its right but didn't have any errors so far.

bro, I don't have the latest version, but I have been using version 2025.03 because I replaced the dxgi.asi plugin with a dll plugin, which can prevent QV effects from disappearing and QuantV update prompts from appearing in the game. If you need it, I can share it with you
