Hi, you can take the lively world 2.8 version and convert it to work on the enhanced version of gtav. I did it, and it works perfectly.

Here are my Lively World 2.8 files converted to the enhanced version. Remember to add the DLC names to the "DLC list", as well as how to use scripthookv for the enhanced version, and the Open RPF loader. This is available at
