Request map marker and blips. are not selectable (Help me pls)

Hello everyone, I have a quick question: If I want to mark something on the map, for example a street, it doesn't work. It then marks, for example, a shop blip where is nearby instead of the street..., I can do some blips don't mark and I can't find any errors. Does anyone have a solution and can help me?
