Molo, gabz and others 3d creators from five m are a money grabber using assets from other game engines like UE or Unity and later says their props are licensed (stealed) hahahahah , thats why five m in 2022 is the worst option to open a server, With the money it costs to open a server with a lot of useless subscriptions, I can finance a car

I know where molo gets all his models from some from "sketchfab" and others from Kitbash3d website I know this Cause I have the same models.
lmao his main cyberpunk extended map has dmca takedown notices on it for stolen assets for his legion square Japanese park,
I know the guy who actually made that legion square map as a personal request for another friend who shared it with Molo and he slid in the map to his cyberpunk map and started selling it.
the cyber assets and clothing also comes from another modeler too, I don't think any of his work is original lmao.
The only map I don't have is his "rowpunk extended version" if anyone ever comes across it let me know.

After testing the maps in this there are some conflicts but not much
If you run the LSBS "Los Santos Burger shot"
"files comes with 3 locations" with the laundry mat you will get collisions
Audi and Mosely have collisions too that need to be addressed in the occlusion files
Which honestly doesn't surprise me Molo discord is filled with people complaints about these things.
the rest of the maps seems to run smooth with no issues with other maps.
I think the Audi and Mosely maps mainly have issues cause they have an escrow bypass in the fxmanifest.lua list,
When ever you deal with a bypass the maps will never run as intended.
