Guide NOPIXEL 3.5 SET UP NEED HELP

i download the nopixel 3.5 full server with sql from this forum and when i extract it there's no start.bat and server artifacts included so when i tried to put it gives me an error it says couldn't find resources even though the resources is in the same folder.

this is the start.bat code:

create a 'resources' folder and drag all script-> folder cut and run server
