Rancho O'Driscoll is an exclusive, sprawling estate that sets a new standard for luxury and immersion for FiveM servers. Designed for premium roleplay, it includes two fully detailed residences, private infrastructure (including a runway), and extensive landscaped grounds. A key feature is a hidden underground complex for illegal operations. It is the perfect base for powerful crime families, elite factions, or high-level players. This is single player version I converted from FiveM map. Credits to EnergyStore -Author
Functions and objects:
Primary residence: fully furnished main house.
Second residence: an additional residential building on the property.
Underground complex: a secret illegal base for operations.
Connecting tunnel: connects both residences.
Private infrastructure: hangar and runway for aircraft.
Territory and recreation: swimming pool and landscaped areas.
Technical data:

Coordinates for placement on the map: 1549.56, 818.1, 188.62

Installation for SP
1. run OpenIV
2. drag and drop the folder 'odriscollranch' in the following path mods\update\x64\dlcpacks
3. go to mods\update\update.rpf\common\data open dlclist.xml and add the line <Item>dlcpacks:/odriscollranch/</Item>
4. Download MP Menu -https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/enable-mp-maps
5. Enable the MP maps using the menu (Note- Ranch will show in the location in the screenshot only if you enable it in the MP Menu)
