For some reason the one i grabbed from here cant install the reshade at all. Was wondering if someone knew why or what im doing wrong. All im doing is adding part one and 2 inside openiv but when i try to install part 2 i get an error stating it cant add the file

This is what its saying after trying to install the reshade. If i run the game with part one installed itll pull up the menu when i hit the home key but if i hit F5 the actual menu, nothing pops up at all
