Features​

• Modern Design: Easy access to everything through a clean, modern interface
• ScreenShot Features: You can add, delete or review screenshots in the amount customised when creating the report, the staff team can review the screenshot in the submitted report
• Player History: The staff team can see the player's report history and see if the player has been banned before
• Staff Dashboard: Information such as the status of the report sent, the priority of the report, which personnel received the report and who sent the report, the total number of reports, how many of them are closed, how many of them are pending are available on the dashboard.
• Report Status: Information such as report status, report priority, updated instantly
• Live Chat: Staff can send a live chat request to the player who sent the report, if the player accepts the live chat will start, if someone leaves the chat it will be displayed in the UI and the chat will end.
• Block Player: The player who sent the report can be blocked from the server by entering the date from the Block Player option, the player will not be able to join the server until the date entered, Staff Member can be unblocked from the dashboard if desired
• Report Details: This is the place where you can easily access all the features mentioned, each report has its own details.
• Admin Note: You can add an admin note to a player's report, the note will include the staff name, content and date.
• FeedBack: When the report is closed, the player will be informed and can give feedback if they want to give 5 stars, each star has a meaning and can be customised.
• Staff Reviews: Depending on the feedback given, employees are listed in this section, showing the total number of reports each has closed, their performance average (on a star scale) and how many people have given feedback.
