1- Evidence must be found on the issues raised, complaints without proof are not approved, management may impose penalties in case of persistently opening issues without proof,
2- Messages that insult, insult or violate personal rights will be deleted, the member who does this can be punished,
3- The member who filed a complaint in this category is deemed to have accepted the VAG arbitration and guarantees from the beginning that he will accept any decision made by the managers,
4- Complaints cannot be made again for the decisions made on the subject of complaints, members who do not comply with this rule can be removed from the forum,
5- Complaints cannot be made about VAG.GG, VAG management or any VAG service, in such cases you can contact the admins directly (except for the management members who trade in the forum, the rules valid for normal members are applied to the trading management members)
6- Even if it is not written above, VAG management can take initiative in various situations,
7- It is forbidden to comment on the subject of the complaint filed by someone whose name is not mentioned.
8- In order to avoid undermining, the titles opened should be under the name of I am a Complainant. Absolutely no names should be given.
