Question [Solved] Vanilla QB-Core FiveM server Question: What config populates your server with cars and people?

AS the title suggests, when I create a vanilla qb-core server or esx server, there's no cars or people running about. Just a blank server. Where do I look to increase npc people and cars. I've looked through most of the source and can't find it.
