THIS IS HOW BUSRA (BUSMODS) TREATS THEIR CUSTOMERS.

I bought a pack in January, and in March, my updates ended. During this period, I had to remove textures from the pack because it wasn’t working with the new FiveM gamebuild. I even helped remove textures, which were then published for the whole community. Now, that pack is useless because it’s so encrypted, and you have to remove textures due to how large it is, but if you do, everything breaks since there are items that don’t show up or lose their textures.

I opened a ticket yesterday on her Discord, as you can see in the screenshots, and instead of helping me solve the issue, she ended up banning me from her Discord. She was only looking to charge me for the new update. When I told her I wasn’t going to pay because of how bad the pack was and that I was looking for compensation since it couldn’t be modified or fixed due to the level of encryption, instead of helping, she decided to ban me.

IF ANYONE KNOWS HOW TO DECRYPT THIS STUFF, I’LL GIVE THEM THE WHOLE PACK, AND AFTER THIS INJUSTICE, I NOW WANT TO leak HER TRASH PACK COMPLETELY.

She is the worst and her costumer service is even more worse, there are 20+ packs and tbh we dont use everything in the packs cause there are a lot of nonsense stuff. I tried several times to talk to her how to delete stuff so i dont have empty slots in game she just said i can't delete stuff, like she can't tell me her 30GB Pack is working in other Servers without issues, and i don't wanna start how bad her packs are organized ! I'm so mad, not to mention that if u don't respond in 10 min after u opened a ticket she will close it instantly without even pinging you, like girl i have a life aswell i can't camp in this ticket just fkn ping me. I have a lot of screenshots how unfriendly she responds, like she doesn't even want to help, she asks for anydesk clicks through the files and than she always says "this is not on me" like i had a clean server with literally nothing on it and i got so many crashes with her "busmodsaug" pack. It's always our fault and she can't do anything. Now she sells her pack for 500€ on patreon DECRYPTED like wtf?? Her not updated pack is around 100€ and she just charges 400€ more, like in what world is this even realistic?? I'm so mad and i hope there is someone who will leak her full packs and will show her her place. Also not to mention that she stole a loooot of stuff from others Whoever will leak her shit i will already tell you, you are my fkn hero.

I can't believe she is still around. I understand it takes time to put a pack together, but it's all just "converted"(stolen) from sims4/secondlife/imvu/zepeto and other clothing packs. 500$ for a decrypted pack of stolen clothing is crazy. I bought a pack from her a couple years ago and it was broken back then too, lots of stuff but half of it is slop or doesn't work at all.
