How do you reset the water?

There are a few commands that can be ran with this resource.
- /loadwater - Loads the custom water.xml
- /resetwater - Resets water configuration to game defaults.
- /flood - Simulates a rising water level flood.

I am aware the /resetwater may sometime cause some bug. its mainly because of using all commands before completing the prescribed level. restarting the server could fix it
