Question Unlock Clothes Pack

Hello, i'm trying to unlock (the YDD files) a clothes pack. I know it's possible but I don't know why I get an error when I personally try.

I'm not going to lie, we've spend me and my friends 130$+ on a clothing pack where the designer promises that there are no brands (spoiler, there are more than 60), and when you ask them about it, they don't want to know anything. In addition, their pack is very poorly thought out, full of different folders and sometimes for nothing (for example, there is a pack where there are ONLY women's shoes inside of it, when they could have combined them with other women's clothes from other categories and the same with men's).

Of course, they don't want to hear anything, has shown bad faith, does not want to modify their pack and even better, not refund us.

So I'm looking for a kind soul who can explain to me how to unlock clothes or even do it for us (provided he can actually do it)

It's a mess and if you ask her to edit and make it better, she will simply close your ticket.

Yeah.. Sadly we found her pack really beautiful but the service you get as soon as you encounter a problem is shitty.
But a lot of her clothes (wondering if she's doing it by herself since she said "bouboubou brands are on textures" and when i deleted them the brand was still there... But still some of her clothes are pretty and that's why i'm searching to unlock theses, so i could do the packs by myself and i know it will be well down.
