dos it work whit anything even whitout ESX, qbus or anything else or dos it need esx, qbus to work

but when i restart my server whit it in it dosnt want to start up saying there is no resources whit that name how can i fix that

is there anyway to fit it?? its buggy and works 75% of the time, i really like it but when you die or get in and out a car the animations stop till you restart the resource
