hi guys i'm Ares I am opening this topic to answer the questions you see in the title and to announce the community of helping Mapper and Map. I hope you read and understand all of them.
What is MLO?
Specially made models that are not in the MLO Game are referred to as Interiors.
How can I do it ?
To make MLO, you need the 3DS MAX program and special plugins for it, you can access solid foreign resources by searching on the internet or you can come to our Discord server, which I will leave your invitation below, and access the first and only Turkish resource.
What is YMAP?
YMAP CodeWalker program is the only file in which you PLACE the Models/Prop/Interiors that are in the game or that you have created. Everything you see in the game is included in this, everything from the motel to the trash can has been placed via YMAP or YTYP.
How can I do it ?
You can start by downloading the latest version from CodeWalker's Discord Server. Everyone can do it because it has an easy interface.
What is the difference between them?
3DS MAX is Modeling application and MLO is multiple modeling combined, there is no one-to-one or the same, it is exclusive.
YMAP is just a file that specifies coordinates.
DOES YMAP/MLO LOWER FPS?
No, it won't drop. But there are some variables.
Substances that affect FPS:
1- Texture Quality
i- The higher the quality of the texture, the more RAM will be filled. Since GTA5 cannot render 2/4K and higher Textures, it only fills the ram.
2- Render Distance
i- Render Distance determines the distance from which the model will be rendered.
ii- If this value is too high, the renders and GPU are tired in every environment that the player enters, even if the object is far away.
3-Size of the model/YMAP
i- The larger the Model or YMAP, the more area and surroundings rendered and Consumes FPS! But don't worry, MRPD, which seems big to you, is small, there are ViceCity, Colosseum, Stadium as an island in the big category.
4- Number of polygons
i- What is Polygon? Polygon is the material from which the model is formed, you can think of it like an atom, the more polygons there are, the higher the model quality.
ii- As the number of polygons, that is, the quality of the model, increases, the GPU will be forced and will consume FPS.
iii- The average number of Polygons will not exceed 20,000 and will not make a FPS difference on the 1050Ti GPU.

1- The minimum system requirements of the user to use MLO or YMAP on FiveM servers are as follows: 8-12 GB RAM - 1050Ti 4GB - 5th Generation processor.
i- Why? Because even though it has been 8 years since GTAV was released, we play with mods.
ii- For example, the city is not always rendered in GTAV, it is rendered as long as you open the task and move.
2- MLO or YMAP DOES NOT REDUCE FPS!
i- YMAP never drops fps alone.
ii- MLO, on the other hand, will not make a difference in FPS for the player whose small and medium category meets the requirements stated above.
iii- Scripts affect FPS, not MLOs.
