Question [ESX] GKSPhone Problem (SOLVED)

Hi, I finally decided to make this thread since I can't figure out what is really causing the problem. So, the problem is I can't install any app from the App Store (there's no download button). At first, I thought it was the phone problem because it's a leaked version, with that in mind, I tried to download from several sources (forums and Discord servers) and the result is the same. And I found something really weird when I joined a random server with my friend, and they are able to download any app from the App Store from that moment I booted up my server and let my friend join to try it out which resulted the phone are functioning like it's supposed to be.

I've tried these so far:

• As I mentioned, already try with many sources
• Reinstalling FiveM client
• Deleting client and server cache
• Using a VPN
• Google the problem and found nothing
• Read the official docs and not a single point mentions this kind of problem

What I have in mind and have not yet tried:

• Fully change to a new account (maybe it sounds dumb but IDK)
• Run it with a fresh VM

I hope that someone has a solution for this or at least I'm not the only one experiencing it. And thank you if you are reading this far, I appreciate it!

Edit:
Recently I've been messing around with the config.json file and changing StarterApp to Starter App (with space) and it is causing the script broke and you will see only [] on the menu and just translation variable when you open any app. The only way to make it work again is by restarting the server and surprisingly now I can download everything from the AppStore! Still, I don't know what happen because some the files are encrypted.
