What does my Millars Fishery Project include?

Custom-built Clubhouse MLO

A custom-built Clubhouse MLO featuring:

• Meeting Room
• Bar
• Kitchen
• Bathroom
• Office

The Clubhouse textures can easily be replaced with your own custom textures.


Custom-built Boathouse / Warehouse MLO

This is where drugs are illegally packed inside fish before being transported.

If you don't want to use this MLO, you can simply delete the matteodesign_millars_fishery_boathouse_mlo folder completely, and you're done.


Custom-built Vehicle

A unique Off-Road Gauntlet built in a redneck style.

The project also includes:

• Custom livery for the vehicle
• Wide range of customization options
• Multiple tuning parts
• Completely LOD-friendly
• Built using the original GTA V vehicle


Custom Surroundings

The property is surrounded by a custom wooden post fence, intentionally designed so players can climb over it.

There is also a custom entrance gate where you can easily replace both the sign and the tarp with your own design.


Location

The property is located in Grapeseed, on the opposite side of the Alamo Sea from Sandy Shores.


Optimization

The project has been thoroughly tested and fixed wherever necessary.

It offers stable FPS and has been built using optimized textures for the best possible performance.


Compatibility

This project was created using Game Build 3570.


Future Updates

The project will receive free updates for all supporters, including additional custom MLOs in the future.
